Blair watched the two interact, listening to Kat’s logic on clothing for the boy, raising her eyebrows slightly while they started to walk toward the store that sold probably nothing but pastel colors and dresses. She watched Kat with a smirk, leaning close and lightly whispering in the girl’s ear. “You are such a smart ass, you know that?” she spoke quietly, giving the other girl a light smack on the bottom before they wandered around the store, grabbing clothes left and right that they thought would look adorable on the curly haired boy in their care. It wasn’t long before Kat had the little boy trying on Pink shirts and purple overalls. Luckily his mane of long curls gave the illusion to some that he really was a little girl, so the group didn’t get stared at too much while they had changed him and put him in outfits, the two giggling while making him strike poses and do cute little things a little girl would do.

And for some odd reason, the little boy went along with everything.

“You are the best shopper Ben~” Blair cooed as they walked. She was holding his hand, and in her other hand she was holding bags, while Ben was holding Kat’s hand with his other hand. She hummed lightly. They had bought some pretty cute stuff if Blair did say so herself. He would be the cutest little boy to walk the face of the planet! She was sure of it. “Ooohh! Aunties! Can we go in there?” he asked, nodding his head to a store that actually sold boy stuff, but also boy toys. She heard Kat’s small groan at the sight of the boy store and chuckled lightly. Glancing over at Kat. “We can camouflage the pink stuff with that~” she said in a sing song voice, allowing the boy to tug the two girls into the store.

The moment the three entered the store Kat cringed at the sight of dull browns and and greys that filled the clothing racks. “Boy’s clothes are so boring” she whispered into Blair’s ear. Ben then yanked his hands out of their grips and ran towards one of the clothing racks. “Can I get this one? can I?” He asked as he held up a gray shirt with a picture of a dinosaur on it. Kat looked at the shirt skeptically for a moment “Only if you promise to wear it with the purple jeans we just bought you” she said. Ben grinned and nodded “I promise” he said. Kate smiled and walked over to him “Lets pick out three more things here then we can head back home and I’ll cut your hair ok?” she said. Ben agreed and the three of them spent another half hour looking for suitable clothes in the story, which was hard to do considering the fact that Kat kept turning down almost every piece of clothing they suggested buying. Once they were all done shopping the three of them walked hand in hand back to the car. Ben was practically bouncing up and down in his seat with excitement during the drive home “Auntie Kat your going to cut my hair all by yourself?” he asked. “Yup! I sure am” she grinned as she pulled up to the dorm parking. The moment the three of them stumbled into the dorm room Blair tossed the shopping bags on the bed. “Ben, before we cut your hair why don’t you change into one of the new pairs of pajamas we bought you?” Kat said sweetly. Ben ran over to the shopping bags and began searching through them for a pair of pjs. “So how much of it are you going to cut off?” Blair asked “almost all of it” Kat smiled mischievously.

Blair was blow drying her wavy hair dry after her shower, getting herself ready for the shopping with little Ben. She was so happy, it had been more then two weeks since she’d seen the boy and she was excited to be able to spend a day with her beautiful girlfriend and her wonderful Godson. Once she was finished with her hair, she ran a brush through it lightly, pulled it up into a ponytail with the bangs falling down, ending a few inches before her eyes. She then pulled on a light, airy tank tops and shorts. Once she deemed herself alright, she walked out, pulling on her light brown cowboy boots. “Are you as excited as I am?” she asked Kat, unable to wipe the smile from her face. She grabbed a small bag that matched her boots, pulling it over her shoulder before she heard a knock on the door. “Eeee!” she rushed over, opening the door, revealing the peirced and pale face of Nat, and the dark, messy haired Ben. “Hey Ben!” Blair cooed, laughing as he smiled and waved at her shyly. “Come to Auntie Blair!” she held her hands out and Ben slipped into them easily after giving Nat a kiss goodbye. “I’ll pick him up around 7 is that alright?” Nat asked, backing up. “that’s fine! If he has to, he can stay.” she cooed, tickling the boy. Nat smiled, nodding, giving Ben another kiss before she was off. Blair looked back at Kat, “We got him, you ready to go?” she called, lightly rocking side to side while holding the boy.

“Definitely ready” Kat smiled brightly before following Blair and Ben out of the room. The mall was relatively close to the NYADA dorms so it only took about ten minuets minuets of driving before the three had already parked and were now making their way into the building. Kat’s eyes lit up with excitement the moment they entered the mall. Ben looked up at Kat as he tugged on the hem of her sweater “Auntie Kat, mommy told me to tell you no girl clothes please” he said sweetly. Blair let out a shot of laughter that she attempted to cover up by pretending it was a cough. Kat glared in her direction, it was one of her ‘there is nothing funny about fashion’ glares. “Is that okay Auntie Kat?” Ben asked, still clinging on to the hem of her shirt. Kat smiled before leaning down so she was at eye level with Benjamen “But Ben you’re a boy right?” Kat asked. Ben looked at her curiously for a moment before answering.

“Yes I’m a boy”

“Then doesn’t that mean any clothes that you wear are boy clothes, since you’re a boy?” She said. Ben looked confused for a moment before he broke out into a wide grin “Yeah you’re right! because I’m a boy, so all my clothes are boy clothes!” Kate smiled approvingly at him before standing back up straight “Right! now Let’s get started we only have a few hours.” she winked at Blair before taking Ben by the hand and leading him towards a store that Blair was sure only sold little girls clothes…

So I took this just right now, after washing out the temporary dye he had.Well, you can definatly tell who his father is.

He looks like an adorable puppy! Once me and Blair are done with him though he’s going to look like an adorable clean cut young man!

Sorry Porcelain but no dice. I do not trust you. Fashion yes, but little boys do not wear pink or purple. That is why I do not trust your judgment when it comes to dressing up our child.

Well I promise I let him wear pink….in public.

Just relax a little, if you don’t like the clothes we buy then you don’t have to put them on him. Just let Blair and I have our fun picking out cloths for him just for a day. Ben will have a blast with us, I promise! and that’s all that matters right.

Hey! it’s not permanent hair dye, but he does need a haircut. Just don’t make him look like a dork, Blair. Keep Kat in check when it comes to his hair, for the love of God.

Yes Blair make sure you keep an eye on Kat. She tends to go crazy with make-overs. I fear for anyone who’s being made over by her.

Excuse me, I do not need to be kept “in check” after all I am majoring in fashion, most people would think you two would trust me with stuff like this.

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER SPRING 2012 COUTURE

Absolutely NOTHING beats couture! Jean Paul Gaultier proves this in his salute to the iconic late Amy Winehouse in his latest collection. Models graced the catwalk in Amy’s signature almost cartoon-like style with cigarettes, big hair, thick eyeliner, and beauty spots galore. Referencing her unique mix of floaty silhouettes, tight bustiers and sportswear, the effect was one of tomboyish femininity. LOVE! Peep some footage from the show (above)

leblairanderson:

Close minded people I swear! You know what? When we take him, we’ll just buy him whatever, nothing you can do about it! So ha!

Ok how about Blair and I take him shopping and buy what we think would look good on him. Then whenever he’s with us you can dress him in the fabulous clothes we bought, and when he’s with you then you can dress him in his usual clothes. That way everybody wins.

That’s just as bad! No girl colors!

Not even! If Prince can do it, so can Ben!

I don’t want my son looking like Prince either!

Prince is very iconic you know! I swear you and Nat are so closed minded when it comes to fashion. No matter what color we put him in you know I’ll make him look fabulous.
